You can upload any file type to Skylight, images, videos and audio files will provide previews and playback capability. You can also create google docs files and sheets these dont get calculated against your storage quota.
You can have any file type uploaded to Skyight, but Skylight will only support certain size images for preview and for Word & Excel document editing you will need a google docs or apps account.
You can import companies, people and if you follow import instruction provided you can create links between imported people and companies when importing them.
Resources can be equipment, locations and services, they can have calendars and can be booked in to projects.
You can send and receive email messages. Each user can create custom signatures. Email messages can be sent from projects, contacts, and accounting module. So when you create an invoice you can send that directly to the recipient. and if you are using SMTP integration it will appear from your email address.
You can customise invoices, business headers, statuses, tags, tags categories, build accounting templates and more.
